Cardiff - Grange Pavilion

Cardiff area is thriving with lots of activities offered by third party providers that we will list below.

The Home Education Wales facilitated programs in Cardiff has a main group meeting at the Grange Pavilion twice a month. The day runs from 12-3 and is very low cost (£1 per family donation) and includes soup, tea, coffee and squash. The activities are around the themes of cooperation, inclusivity, harmony and developing friendships. This means we encourage group work and family involvement in activities (it is not a drop off).

From September 2024 we will also have a play worker and youth worker. We could be doing food prep, forest and bushcraft, music, drama, gardening, science, or themed workshops. We always have a young children’s play area inside and a free play area in Harmony Corner outside. There is an on-site cafe.

To join in with this group you need to connect with us by email or our Facebook.

We also run monthly Sparklab science hour long sessions where kids get to do lots of experiments and this costs £12, a thriving teen academic class, sessions around the ENWC curriculum in Bute park, workshops in museums and art centres across the year.
